Subscriptions
Subscribing
By subscribing to any Alva Fern Pty Ltd box, you agree to pay the subscription fee for the agreed term.
Introductory Offers:
- For 6-month subscriptions, any introductory discount applies only to the first box. A further 5 payments are required before cancellation is possible.
- For 12-month subscriptions, any introductory discount applies only to the first box. A further 11 payments are required before cancellation is possible.
Renewals
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the standard rate once your commitment term ends, unless you have cancelled before your renewal date.
- Promotional or introductory discounts do not carry over to renewals.
- Your subscription continues until you cancel. If you cancel before the end of your agreed commitment period, you will still be charged for the remainder of that period.
Automatic Billing
You will automatically be billed at the end of each subscription cycle (monthly, 3-monthly, 6-monthly, or 12-monthly, depending on your plan) unless your account is set to cancel before the final billing date.
Cancelling Your Subscription
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on the Alva Fern Pty Ltd website.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
- If you cancel after the renewal date, the cancellation will take effect from the following billing cycle.
Commitment Periods:
- Month-to-month subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.
- 6-month and 12-month subscriptions require you to complete the full term. Cancellation is not permitted mid-term.
- Discounted Boxes: If you cancel before completing your initial commitment period, any discounts applied to previous boxes may be reversed, and you may be charged the full one-month rate.
- Alva Fern Pty Ltd does not process cancellations on your behalf—it is the customer's responsibility to cancel through their account.
Warranty & Limitations

Alva Fern Pty Ltd makes no warranties regarding:
- The accuracy or completeness of website content, including third-party links.
- Personal injury, property damage, or other loss resulting from use of our website.

- All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Alva Fern Pty Ltd reserves the right to conduct fraud checks where necessary.
- Prices may change without notice.
